Terms of Service
Last updated August 10, 2026
These terms apply when you submit an intake and pay a coordination fee to CVI Ready. Please read them before booking.
What CVI Ready is
CVI Ready is an independent pet travel coordination service. We perform administrative work: locating a veterinary clinic that provides the travel health certificate service you need, confirming it can accommodate the dates, times, and driving radius you authorize, booking the appointment, and coordinating the records you upload.
CVI Ready is not a veterinary practice. We do not examine animals, do not make medical decisions, and do not issue Certificates of Veterinary Inspection or any other health certificate. Every medical and certification decision is made by the licensed veterinarian who examines your pet.
What your fee covers
Your coordination fee covers our scheduling work only. Examination fees, vaccinations, testing, certificate fees, and any clinic deposit are billed by the clinic and paid directly to the clinic. We add no markup to veterinary services and cannot control what a clinic charges.
Standard Booking covers one pet. Premier Booking covers up to five pets and includes rush handling. Rush handling is added to Standard Booking when the first appointment date you request falls within four calendar days.
Qualifying appointment
A qualifying appointment means a confirmed appointment at a veterinary clinic that:
- states it provides the travel health certificate service you requested;
- falls on one of the dates and within the time preferences you submitted;
- is within the driving radius you selected; and
- can see your pet as a patient on that date.
If we secure an appointment meeting all four conditions, we have delivered the service, regardless of what happens at the visit itself.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate trip, pet, and contact information.
- Provide the records the clinic asks for, and respond to our messages in time for us to work your case.
- Attend the appointment and pay the clinic directly.
- Confirm the actual entry requirements for your destination with the relevant state or territory authority and with your airline or transporter. Our guides are general information, not a legal determination.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that a veterinarian will issue a certificate, that any government authority, airline, transporter, or receiving organization will accept your paperwork, that your pet is fit to travel, or that a specific clinic, date, or price will be available. We do not promise appointments for destinations we quote manually (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other territories, or international travel) unless we accept that case in writing.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVI Ready’s total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the coordination fee you paid us. We are not liable for veterinary costs, travel costs, missed flights or transport, boarding, quarantine, or other indirect or consequential losses.
Payments and chargebacks
Payments are processed by Stripe. Submitting payment authorizes us to begin coordination immediately. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we would rather resolve it directly than through a chargeback.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book is the version that applies to your case.
This page states the policies of the operator of CVI Ready. CVI Ready is an independent pet travel coordination service, not a veterinary practice, and this page is not legal advice. Questions: allamericanpettransport@gmail.com.
