What the clinic charges is separate
The exam and the certificate are billed by the veterinary clinic and paid directly to them, commonly somewhere in the range of $75–$200 depending on the clinic, your area, and whether vaccinations or testing are needed. We never mark that up and we never collect it. Our fee is only for the coordination work.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and international travel are quoted manually — start the intake and we’ll come back with a plan.

If we can’t secure the appointment, you don’t pay us for one.
If CVI Ready cannot secure a qualifying veterinary appointment within the availability and travel radius you authorized, your coordination fee is refunded.
